The area is exquisite, peaceful and safe. Fabulous pavement cafés, bars and restaurants. Highly policed neighborhood. Convenient parking options.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Las Palmas for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, with easy access to cafes, restaurants, shops, and attractions. The apartment was spotless and the owner was extremely helpful in guiding us to a nearby car park where we could purchase a permit for the duration of our stay. The area was peaceful and secure, with a lovely park for dogs nearby. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the overall comfort of the apartment. Thank you, Luis!

clean and modern apartment in a great location. close to bus stations. peaceful neighborhood with nice cafes - bars, and restaurants. well-policed and safe area. helpful apartment manager's recommendation of a monthly bono for parking saved us time and hassle.
